CHAPTER THIRTEEN
NOTE: Sunday, October 7th's lesson begins with Question 7.
- As chapter 13 begins, Luke mentions some that were present at that
time. What did they tell Jesus? (v. 1)
- Relate what you know about the occasion they mention to Jesus.
- What is implied in Jesus' words about what caused the Galileans to
be killed by Pilate?
- What is Jesus' warning to them? (vv. 3, 5)
- Another group is mentioned by Jesus who would fit the same scenario.
Who were they? What happened to them? Why did they die?
- Put the parable in vv. 6-9, in your own words. What is it teaching?
- In vv. 10-17, Luke records the healing of a woman with what condition?
- How quickly was she healed, when Jesus spoke and laid His hands
on her?
- Why was the ruler of the Synagogue incensed?
